Job Description

The Artist/Instructor/Entertainer is responsible for providing the best possible experience for our customers. You will be host painting events while focusing on instructions and beverage service. This is a great opportunity to supplement income for artists, creative professionals or teachers. We primarily operate on nights and weekends, and will work with you on your availability to provide a great work/life balance. Must be 21+ to apply for this role. This is a part-time role typically working 12-16 hours per week.

What You’ll Do 

• Instructing customers during class in an energetic, clear and well-paced manner while encouraging creativity and fostering a fun atmosphere.
• Set up before class and clean up afterwards.
• Assist with bartending as necessary since we are also a wine bar.
• Provide step-by-step painting instruction for a group of customers while live painting.
• Assisting customers to ensure smooth class flow and promote customer painting success through teamwork, positive attitude and a bit of humor. 
• Manage the crowd to ensure all customers are able to see and hear the instruction.
• Time manage the session to stay within assigned session time.
• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure company standards are me.
•  Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Who You Are

• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to be effective independently.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment.
• Ability to design and execute quality, acrylic paintings in various painting styles.
• Time management and communication skills.
• Reliable computer or cell phone with internet access.
• Strong interest in art and wine (preferred, but not required). 
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed. 
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.  
• Ability to lift, bend and lift up to 50 pounds at times.  
• Must have reliable transportation and 21+ years old.

Job Description

Working directly with the CEO, this position assists with a variety of creative marketing and operational tasks. The Digital Marketing Intern will help execute Inspired’s marketing programs across various digital channels to engage our B2B and B2C audiences and manage Inspired’s online reputation. What You’ll Do 

• Learn and execute marketing tasks/projects, operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO
• Follow procedures to ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, social, video, blogs, etc.)
• Complete various marketing projects to build the brand and increase exposure
• Use brand tone of voice when writing to attract our target audience
• Engage influencers on social media to garner brand awareness and support
• Work with CEO to cross-functionally create content (video, contributed articles, social media posts, etc.)
• Perform market analysis and content research on competition
• Research industry trends, best practices, and case studies
• Stay up to date with social trends and conversations
• Create and schedule relevant, original, high-quality content for all channels such as Instagram
• Coordinate collab giveaways with brands and influencers
• Track, analyze, and report on weekly and monthly metrics across assigned social channels
• Analyze the social and influencer competitive space to assist the team in understanding how other retailers and brands are approaching influencer marketing and identify opportunities to evolve our strategy.
• Assist with data collection and social reporting.
• Prep for content creation Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok
• Storyboard and create innovative Instagram Story frames
• Stay up to date with social trends and conversations

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills for blog and content creation
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Deep sense of ownership and strong accountability to help generate measurable results
• Pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, entrepreneurship or relevant field of study
• Ability to execute against a content calendar by managing project timelines for content production
• Ability to work quickly and effectively in an ‘always-on’ environment
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
• Takes ownership to drive projects and assignments through to prompt and effective completion
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Strong written communications and customer-service skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skill
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in an office setting 
• Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills preferred
